"Stillness" Paper Print from Italian Wine Painting

Part of the Wine Collection series, this painting was created using a deep red wine from Valtellina in the Lombardy region in Italy.

When I set out to create audios for meditation, it was a long journey--much of it, rediscovering and acknowledging. Stillness comes when we allow ourselves to sit with the moments, even the chaotic ones. 

Just like the unpredictability of a paintbrush dipped in wine, we don't always know where life will lead us. 

Sometimes, we discover along the way, that there is beauty in the simplest places.
